Terms and conditions

1.No Refund on Acount Balance Purchased:

Once account was toped up or any funds was allocated to the wallet, there will be no refunds issued. Please ensure that you carefully review your purchase before completing the transaction.

2.No Refund on ECU File Purchase:

All sales of ECU files are final. Refunds will not be provided for any ECU or TCU file's purchased. Make sure to verify your selection before proceeding with the purchase.

3.Slave Tool Release:

Release of slave tools is at the discretion of Eagle Eye International. Any arrangements regarding the release of slave tools must be mutually agreed upon by both parties.

4.Outstanding Payment Policy:

Any outstanding payments from Eagle Eye International dealers must be settled within a 30-day period from the date of invoice. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of the dealer's tool and File Portal System access until the outstanding payment is paid in full.

Agreement:

By checking the box provided OR Continuing using the portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Failure to comply with these terms may result in account suspension or termination.
